Introduce
 Penghan Machinery (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. has a dedicated professional team with long term exposure in valve industry, working together to design, manufacture and supply valve of special materials such as Titanium, Nickel alloys, Zirconium and corrosion resistance alloys. Penghan valves are applicable widely to the petrochemical industry, oil refineries, offshore, pharmaceutical and other industrial process worldwide.
With CAD/CAD production model and flexible production process, Penghan successfully solves the typical issue of long lead time in traditional special material valve production. Currently, Penghan is confident in its capability to deal with various type of order quantity, from single piece up to mass production with much shorter lead time.
Forging and bar material stock, along with advanced CNC machining center lay a solid foundation for smooth production process in Penghan. As of now, Penghan mainly concentrates on manufacturing of ball valve, check valve, gate valve, globe valve, butterfly valve, strainer and set glass. However, it can also offer tailor-made valve as per special requirement of customer. Dimension of production varies from 1/2" to 12", and pressure level from 125LB to 4500LB (PN6-PN400).
In-coming raw material quality exerts great impact to valve quality. In the light of the fact that casting of special material cannot guarantee quality consistency, Penghan chooses bar material or forging. The typical material series include:
